Biographical Documentary:This 17-minute film about the life of Willie L. Brown, Jr., former San Francisco Mayor and California Speaker of the House, contains photos, music, and audio excerpts combined with narration by The Honorable Maxine Waters. The film was commissioned to surprise the Mayor at the Fifth Annual San Francisco Mayor’s Summit on Women in March 2003.
